These terms apply to your use of the Yuanly (缘旅) app, the yuanly.app website and the Yuanly operator and pilot panels. By using Yuanly you accept them.

1. What Yuanly does

Yuanly is a platform where travellers discover experiences in Türkiye (such as hot air balloon flights, tandem paragliding and guided tours) and send booking requests to the operators that run them. Yuanly does not operate the experiences itself. Each experience is provided by an independent operator, which is responsible for running it.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Operator, pilot and administrator accounts are opened only through a personal invitation link.
• You can delete your account at any time in Me → Delete account.

3. Booking requests

• A booking is a request until the operator confirms it. You will see the status in your trips and receive a notification.
• Prices are shown in the app. In the current version you pay on site directly to the operator; Yuanly does not take payment.
• Cancellation, weather and rescheduling rules are set by the operator and shown on the experience page. Weather-dependent activities may be moved or cancelled by the operator for safety.
• Please arrive at the meeting point on time and follow the operator's safety instructions.

4. Operators and pilots

Operators and pilots confirm that they hold the licences, permits and insurance required for their activities (for example, tandem pilot licences and passenger insurance), that the information they publish is correct, and that they handle customers' data only to serve their bookings.

5. AI Concierge

The AI Concierge gives suggestions to help you plan. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong; the experience page and the operator's confirmation are what count. The AI Concierge cannot make or change bookings for you.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Yuanly: no false bookings, no attempts to access other people's data, no interference with the service, and no unlawful or offensive content.

7. Liability

Activities such as paragliding and balloon flights carry inherent risks. The operator is responsible for safety and for providing the experience. To the extent permitted by law, Yuanly is not liable for the operator's acts or omissions; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we will show the date of the latest version and announce significant changes in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country. Questions: support@yuanly.app.
